Interesting, I have heard of that place before but I don't know anything about it.  Ever been to Poltava or Dnipropetrovsk?

For meeting a Woman? I guess I'd go to the city where the Woman lives that I'm talking to   

If I was going for holiday, for the beach: Odessa. To just chill out: Lviv. To party: Kiev.
